On the roof of the building we have a Chill-out space with a shared pool. You will find an area with armchairs and loungers so you can relax. You can access all floors with an elevator.
Parking outside the facilities, with cost and subject to availability

Although access is by codes both in the building and in your apartment, we are available online for any questions you may have. We are also in the building frequently to be able to greet our guests.

Following local regulations, we are required to charge a tourist tax of €0,55 per person per night at the beginning of your stay (excluding children under 17 years old).

Our apartments are prepared for travelers who want to enjoy the city for both work and vacation reasons. For this reason, we ask our guests not to make parties or make noise during rest hours.

The building has security cameras at the reception and in the common spaces to guarantee the comfort and safety of the guests.

Parking (subject to availability at €15 per day) must be requested by the guest at least 24 hours before check-in and provide the registration number. In case of damage or loss of the remote control or the access card, €100 will be charged. The checkin and checkout of the car park is the same as that of the apartments.
