The home:

The home has 2 floor levels, these can be accessible by design upstairs.

It has one complete kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooking, dinning area, washing and dryer machine), 2 x complete bathrooms, 2 x rooms and 1 x hall with comfortable couches and ambient color lights, TV + Satellite + Internet (600/600 Mbits) + Heat/Cooling equipment + Anti pollution filter + color ambient lights and much more.

The most exclusive part is the 50m2 terrace + pool area with incredible views of the city. The swimming pool is salt water. It has a relax area for sunbathing. The terrace is totally private for guests.

The home has 8 beds into 3 different rooms. 1st room is a suite with XL bed of 160 x 200 cm. size. and private and complete bathroom (2 people). 2nd room is a suite with 2 individual beds of 90 x 200 cm. (2 people). 3rd room is a big salon with 2 big sofas couches that can be converted into 4 individual confortable beds os 90 x 190 cm size. So the total number of people is 8.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood belongs to “Gracia” famous district and it is located on a very quiet zone, in front of Park Güell and between two big green parks mountains. We don’t almost have cars or people into our streets, this a very calm and silent zone.

The metro station Line 5 is located over the corner of the street, at less than 1 minute walking. So you can go to the center (15-20 min), beach (30 min) for example. We also have bus station on street behind. So the transportation is very convenient and easy.

It is perfect for families with kids, also friends. For example there is a nice kids park next to the house, with a nice artificial lake. The kids and adults can swim on summer as it’s open for public use (please look on the Internet for “Creüeta del Coll” and check pictures). This park is on the street behind of the house.

We have a little market and some fruit, vegetables, fish or meat shops and pharmacies. Please don’t expect a lot of fashion / electronic / jewel stores next to us, we don’t have it :-), but you can go to the center with ease.
