- With Hosts and Guests: Necessary booking details are shared between the parties to a reservation (e.g., Guest name and contact info shared with Host; property address shared with confirmed Guest).
- With service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery platforms, and fraud detection tools — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
- For legal compliance: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nuvirtus, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. International Data Transfers
Nuvirtus is based in the United States. If you use the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection standards than your country of residence.
