It features a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, induction stove, washing machine), an updated bathroom, new parquet flooring, and new furniture. The studio has also been recently painted, creating a bright and welcoming space.

Whether you’re visiting as a solo traveler, couple, or digital nomad, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and local, with several nice cafes, family-friendly restaurants, grocery stores, and a bakery downstairs for fresh bread and croissants.

Located in Sant Andreu, a historic and relaxed part of Barcelona, the studio is just 7 minutes by metro from the city center, with Fabra i Puig station only a 1-minute walk away. Enjoy the peaceful environment and easy access to the city’s attractions.
