This cozy 25m² studio has been freshly renovated for your comfort. It features a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, induction stove, washing machine), an updated bathroom, new parquet flooring, and new furniture. The studio has also been recently painted, creating a bright and welcoming space.
Whether you’re visiting as a solo traveler, couple, or digital nomad, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and local, with several nice cafes, family-friendly restaurants, grocery stores, and a bakery downstairs for fresh bread and croissants.
Located in Sant Andreu, a historic and relaxed part of Barcelona, the studio is just 7 minutes by metro from the city center, with Fabra i Puig station only a 1-minute walk away. Enjoy the peaceful environment and easy access to the city’s attractions.

Beautiful apartment with great attention to detail. The neighbourhood is lively but peaceful at night. Highly recommend for couples.

This was our third time staying in Barcelona but the first time using this particular apartment. We were slightly worried because the reviews weren’t numerous but in retrospect we shouldn’t have been. The place was spotless, the photos were accurate and the self check-in went without a hitch. Host was available by message throughout our stay and offered helpful suggestions when asked. The local market nearby was brilliant for picking up breakfast supplies. Would happily return.

We chose this apartment for a family trip and it worked out perfectly. The space was larger than expected, very well organised and impeccably clean. The host had left a welcome note with restaurant suggestions which we followed to the letter — all brilliant. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet but with excellent transport links. We did a day trip to the coast and were back in 40 minutes. Would absolutely stay again and have already recommended it to friends.
