The apartment is renovated, with a new wooden floor that allows you to walk barefoot comfortably. It is bright and fresh due to its distribution. This space will enable you to share it with friends and family or is also suitable for couples. You couldn’t choose a better location for a family/friends or romantic vacation. It has everything you need. There are several nice cafes, family-friendly restaurants, grocery stores throughout the area, and a handmade beer bar just at the corner.

This new apartment of 60m2 has 3 bedrooms with one bathroom, a cozy living room, and an open kitchen.
The main bedroom has extraordinary views, a queen-sized bed (160×200 cm), and it’s equipped with a high-quality mattress that will ensure your rest during your stay.
The second room has the same extraordinary views and light and can be fixed to 1 queen-sized bed (160×200) or split into 2 single beds (80×200) with the same high-quality mattress as the first bedroom.
The third bedroom is the slightest bit, not less enchanting. It has a very interesting distribution. The bed is installed in a mezzanine and allows the guest more space. This bedroom has the same high-quality mattresses (90×200) and a wardrobe upon arrival.

All the apartment is equipped with linens and towels and everything you might need during your stay: microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, glasses, dishes, etc…

If you choose this apartment, be ready to enjoy a relaxed and calm environment close to the beach and a breath away from the city center (only 12 minutes by metro -Llacuna-L4 line-, the station is just 3 blocks from the building). Staying in this apartment allows you to explore Poblenou – a great neighborhood- and only steps away from Bogatell Beach.

Poblenou is a hip Barcelona neighborhood with a great mix of locals, ex-pats, artists, startup businesses, and travelers (without being overly touristic). The area is a mix of old and new, a clear example around La Rambla del Poblenou. You will spend time with the locals and get to see the every-day-life of a residential neighborhood. This, however, does not mean that you have to be fluent in Spanish or Catalan. The beach is a short walk away from the apartment and is a fantastic place to hang out (not so crowded). Poblenou feels entirely safe and quiet, and it’s spotless. If you feel like having a couple of drinks, there are many great places to do that.

We speak English, Catalan, Spanish, Russian and Turkish.

Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 12:00 sharp. Please leave the keys on the table before leaving the apartment.
